Build your character. Map your world. Begin your questline.

What if your self-care system felt like an Adventure?

Roll for You is a self-paced system that guides you through building a fantasy character — a wizard, warrior, witch, superhero, or something entirely your own — as a living guide for your real-life self-care.

You’ll map your world, set your quests, and build a practice that actually honors how your mind and body work.

No DnD experience required. No rigid routines. No shame.

Are You Game?

Begin Your Questline!

Roll for You is an original self-care system and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Dungeons & Dragons, Wizards of the Coast, or Hasbro.

You’ve tried the planners. The habit trackers. The “morning routine” that made you feel behind before breakfast.

You’ve made vision boards that stopped speaking to you two weeks later. You’ve set goals that turned into quiet guilt. You’ve started self-care practices that felt like more things to fail at.

Here’s what nobody tells you:

Those systems weren’t broken. They just weren’t built for you.

They weren’t built for the person whose energy shifts dramatically day to day. For the creative mind that moves by curiosity, not obligation. For the neurodivergent adventurer who needs their life to feel like a world they’re inhabiting, not a checklist they’re perpetually behind on.

was built for you.

The Transformation

Before Roll for You:

  • Self-care is a task list you keep failing

  • Goals feel like pressure, not possibility

  • Your vision board is collecting dust

  • You’re pushing through instead of navigating through

  • You don’t know how to be kind to yourself on hard days

After Roll for You:

  • You have a character who knows exactly how to care for you

  • Your goals are quests — alive, inhabitable, forgiving

  • Your vision board is now a living map you actually travel through

  • You know how to “roll for energy” and choose the right action for where you actually are

  • Self-care feels like an adventure, not a chore

What You’ll Create

Module One — Awaken Your Adventurer

Before you can map your world or set your quests, you need to know who's making the journey. You'll build your character profile: your archetype, your alignment, your gifts and wounds, your magic, and your name. Not the hero you're performing — the one who's already here.

Module Two — The Cartographer's Session

Your map isn't a vision board of someday. It's a living portrait of the world you already inhabit — your relationships, your spaces, your creative territories, your wild places. We'll map it all, name the regions, and learn what each one needs from you.

Module Three — Build Your Questline

Goals can be failed. Quests can only be traveled. In this module, you'll set your living intentions — the things you're moving toward with curiosity rather than obligation — and learn to pursue them in a way that honors your actual energy, not the energy you wish you had.

Module Four — Roll for Energy

This is your decision-making framework. Because self-care isn't one-size-fits-all, and your capacity changes day to day. The Roll for Energy spell slot system helps you choose actions that match what you actually have to give — and let go of the shame when the number is low.

Module Five — The Training Ground

Your character doesn't go to the gym. They train. They go on journeys. They practice their weapons in the early morning light. This module reframes movement as part of your adventure — battle playlists for hard sessions, journey playlists for walks in the woods, d12 training dice, and a framework that honors every energy level. No January commercial required.

Module Six — Spellcraft

Generic affirmations don't stick because they have no roots. This module teaches you to write anchored affirmations — spells tied to specific places on your map that activate when you're in that terrain. You'll leave with a personal spellbook that actually works.

Module Seven — The Daily Log

This is where the system becomes a life. Your Daily Log is your travel journal — not a task list, not a planner, but the record of where you traveled today, written the way an adventurer writes: with presence, not performance. Weekly reviews. Seasonal rituals. A practice that grows with you.

Module Eight — The Sacred Space

A guided audio meditation recorded specifically for this system. You’ll travel through a sacred space and find a door. Your door… that opens into a sanctuary built entirely from your own imagination.

Bonus — The Quest Card System

Turn your self-care practice into something you can hold in your hands. Quest cards give each action an adventure name, an energy rating, a momentum spell for when you're stuck, and a place on your map. It transforms a to-do list into a hand you're playing.

is for you if:

  • Traditional self-care and productivity systems have never quite fit how your mind works

  • You have ADHD, chronic illness, anxiety, or a nervous system that runs more sensitively than most

  • You love fantasy, storytelling, and world-building — even if you’ve never played DnD

  • You’ve made vision boards that eventually went silent

  • You want your goals to feel like adventures, not obligations

  • You’re a creative — a writer, filmmaker, artist, maker — who needs a self-care system that honors the nonlinear way you work

  • You’re burned out and want to find your way back to wonder

No DnD experience required.

If you’ve never touched a d20 in your life, you belong here.

Hi!

I’m Dalea.

Author, Screenwriter, Director, and Producer.

I built this system for myself… and it works.

I needed a way to hold my health, my creative life, my finances, and my physical body all at once — without the shame spiral that comes from feeling like I’m failing all four simultaneously. I’m a filmmaker and a storyteller. I think in worlds. So I gave myself one.

I created a character — a tiny, lilac-skinned High Elf Wizard named Quillith — and I named the regions of my life after the terrain she travels through.

I turned my goals and projects into quests.

I built a decision-making system based on spell slots, so low-energy days became “Rest Mode” instead of failure.

Something shifted.

I stopped fighting my own terrain and started navigating it. I stopped asking “Why am I not further along?” and started asking “What kind of care does this place require right now?”

Roll for You is that system, made into a course flow — so you can build your own version, with your own character, in your own world.

What’s Included:

  • Full System in digital  modules + bonus — beautifully formatted, printable or digital use

  • Guided exercises and fill-in worksheets for every module

  • Quillith’s soft examples throughout — enough to illuminate the path, not prescribe it

  • Character creation framework (works for any character, any world)

  • Your personal questline builder

  • The Roll for Energy decision-making system

  • Place-based affirmations and momentum spells

  • Daily log and weekly practice templates

  • Quest card system guide

  • Lifetime access — return to it every season

Build your character. Map your world. Begin your questline.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Not at all. Roll for You was born in the DnD world, and it does feel like a solo RPG adventure — but your character can be anything. A superhero, a forest witch, a cosmic explorer, a quiet healer. No dice knowledge required.

  • Neither, exactly — and both. It’s a self-care world-building system. Your planner becomes a travel journal. Your goals become quests. Your vision board becomes a map you actually live inside.

  • Yes. Especially yes. This system was designed around neurodivergent and energy-variable minds. The “Roll for Energy” framework is built specifically to remove shame from low-capacity days and honor the full range of what you’re capable of.

  • You can move through the core modules in a single dedicated weekend, or take it one module per week. Once you’ve built your system, you return to it seasonally rather than completing it once and moving on. It lives with you.
