Essential Salad Recipes

In the last 4 years or so, I have really become a bigger fan of salads! I know some people absolutely love them, but growing up I never really liked them. My tastebuds have had a reform though! So, today, here are some sexy salad recipes for you to try out!


To make this salad you will need:

-1lb of chicken

-1/4 cup dijon mustard

-2 tbsp raw local honey

-1 to 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped

-1 to 2 drops Cilantro Essential Oil

-1/2 cup roasted red peppers, chopped

Prepare chicken as desired. In a bowl, whisk together mustard, cilantro essential oil, and honey, and then set aside. Chop up the cilantro and red peppers. Next, cube the chicken. Combine honey mustard, chicken, cilantro and red pepper


2 tbsp toasted almonds, 2 cups spinach, 1/4 cup strawberries, 2 tbsp red onion and dressing of choice. Add fruit and vegetables to jar the day you plan on eating to keep spinach fresh.

Optional: add 1 cooked chicken breast. Add 1-2 drops of Lemon essential oil to salads instead of dressing or in addition for added flavor and to cleanse the body and aid in digestion.
